Agincare Live-In Care Services, part of the Agincare Group who are one of the largest care providers in the UK. Live-In Care provide much needed care for those with a range of health impairments including Dementia and Alzheimers, they also provide care for young people.
Live-In Care asked Chalk & Ward Advertising to achieve greater visibility on UK search engines in order to drive website traffic and enquiries. We audited a number of keywords which would benefit the client, all of which Live-In Care Services did not feature in the top 100 across any search engines. We undertook research to build a strong understanding of the audience and how care services are searched. We focused on quality inbound links and use of long tail keywords. We saw an almost instant increase in organic ranking and website traffic through building links in niche directories and other classic SEO methods. As time went on and SEO tactics changed we created compelling copy and shared Live-In Care’s blog across social platforms and forums to continue and maintain top 3 organic rank on SE’s, prodominantly on Google UK and Google UK Mobile.

Within 12 months, organic ranking topped the first page of Google, it continues to dominate the top 5 and website traffic has increased by 85%. Continued maintence is required so focus was put on improving the user journey, improvements to content and fresh content to support the Google Penguin 2.0 algorithm update and progress rankings further.
