Appeal Home Shading are a high-end bespoke conservatory blind and window shutter manufacturing and installation company. Their services are offered across England, Scotland and Wales, with show sites predominantly in the south. They offer a bespoke service and a huge selection of quality blinds and window shutters.
Appeal Home Shading tasked us to work with a reduced budget, whilst providing the same number of brochure requests to the website through PPC compared to their previous agency’s strategy. They had previously been over-spending to a level where it was no longer financially viable to continue PPC. We culled a significant amount of waste which we inherited, eliminating over 10,000 irrelevant keywords which were being targeted and also several thousand ads which had no reflection whilst at the same time carrying out continual keyword research to replace outgoing irrelevant keywords with more targeted ads. We also changed tactic from page domination to appearing on page one.
The Result: PPC Campaign
We succeeded in taking a failing PPC strategy and not only matching the previous number of leads per month, but in some cases increasing them, whilst reducing the cost per acquisition from extortionate levels upwards of £250 per lead down to an average of £28. In addition to this we also managed to reduce the overall expenditure from circa £20,000 per month down to £2,500 per month.
