Kirk Hills is a well respected and trusted chartered accountants in Devon and the surrounding areas. Providing business support services including; accountancy, tax and insolvency.
Chalk & Ward Advertising were briefed by Kirks Hills to develop a new brand, Kirks Insolvency. We were asked how best to create a brand that all stakeholders would understand its core values, and then push this brand across multiple communication tools and platforms, including some of the following; website, social media, stationery, PR and search engine optimisation.
We initially researched the market place, reviewed competitors and used our brand techniques to develop a brand identity that would appeal to the target audience. Once agreed, we designed and developed the company website, paying a lot of attention to analysing the UI and UX. It was also vital the site was mobile responsive. The new logo identity was then applied to all stationery and social media platforms. The complete package was live in time for the Kirks Insolvency launch in September 2013.

This company is an excellent example of a well-structured, customer-focused organisation, and we have made sure their communications reflect just that with a simple yet modern brand identity. Increasing enquiries was the main objective we’ve met, with Kirks having one of the busiest end-of years on record.
