Vospers Motorhouse is the South West’s largest independent motor dealership, with a turnover in excess of £350m and some 700 employees.
The new Vospers website had to be able to link with multiple data feeds in order to present all live stock of new and used cars. It also needed to be used by the sales teams in the various dealerships as a live sales tool with customers. The website had to also allow customers to book services and MOTs. In addition to this, the CMS had to be easy to use in order to allow regular updating of various sales promotions and ongoing sales. Outside of the brief, we also built an e-commerce section for the company to sell accessories. The initial stage of the project was to undertake an audit to ascertain each stakeholder’s objectives. Following the audit, we produced a detailed set of requirements from which a technical brief and specification was developed. The website, CMS and e-commerce store were delivered on budget and on time for a crucial sales period for Vospers. The new Vospers website has delivered significant savings for the client in terms of time spent updating and managing content and has most importantly driven significant new sales.

The client was so impressed with the final result they entered their website into the prestigious, national, Automotive Management Awards 2012 in the ‘Best Dealership Website’ category… which they subsequently won!!
