Lisa started working for the agency in 2005 and was invited to join the Board in 2017. She is strategically astute and comfortable challenging clients at a very senior level. She has a genuine passion, enthusiasm and energy to grow our clients’ businesses, so objective and constructive strategic thinking come naturally to her, always with their best interests in mind. She’s certainly no wall flower, something that’s also genuinely valued by clients.
A particular strength of Lisa’s is her knowledge and expertise in both retail marketing and media. With over 15 years of know how under her belt, she’s a market leading expert in retail planning and customer profiling and has managed multiple, national consumer campaigns and branding projects.
As much as she is passionate about clients, she also has a tireless passion when it comes to agency culture and is an ambassador for driving wellbeing and positive change within the business.
