We return from our Trans-Atlantic Agency Network meeting in Madrid where we discussed the role of AI in the agency workplace.
Two of our Directors, Robert and Lisa, have just returned from Madrid, where they attended the European conference for Taan Worldwide (Trans-Atlantic Agency Network) for which we’ve been members for a decade as the UK representative agency.
The network consists of only leading and selected agencies from around the world, who meet twice a year to share insight, knowledge, latest developments and discuss issues, all for the benefits of their clients and respective agencies.
This was an outstanding meeting covering a variety of topics relating to marketing, advertising, digital and, not least experience and ideas useful to running our businesses.
A key question, with much debate and sharing of insight, was around the subject of AI and its future role in both the world in general and specifically to the arena of agencies and marketing. This included a presentation and workshop run by The Copenhagen Institute for Future Studies involving debate around the future of retail, as well as an interactive exercise around beliefs and perceptions of the future role of AI – and whether it can be our friend! The outcomes were very interesting.
Our clients are invited to experience this interactive exercise, as it’s not a question of if, but when everyone will be impacted by the AI phenomenon. Please do get in touch if this sounds of interest to you.
Overall an intense, yet fascinating 4 days!
