Working in partnership to develop meaningful relationships.

At Southern Healthcare life doesn’t just stop when a loved one goes into care. Their care homes offer an inspirational sanctuary where residents are engaged, nurtured, actively encouraged to enjoy life and most importantly cared for  like a member of the family.

We wanted to shine a spotlight on Southern Healthcare to showcase how truly outstanding their level of care is. Our objective was to reach audiences looking for a care provider and to give them the utmost confidence that their loved one will be cared for in the very best way.

Changing the narrative.

We wanted to encapsulate how special the care is at Southern Healthcare. We felt video was the strongest way to do this and would really help position their level of care to anyone visiting the site – messaging had to exude confidence, compassion and trust.

Creating the Southern Healthcare video was both an emotional and enlightening experience which became a creative challenge. Given restrictions following the devastating impact on care homes during the Covid-19 pandemic, our shooting was restricted to outdoor shots but this failed to detract from what became a very emotive video.

With voice overs by the passionate care home managers and owners, we were able to challenge the perception of how care is delivered and build a picture of what is possible and how life can thrive in residential care.

A magical environment.

The first port of call for anyone looking for a care home will be online research.

So it was imperative the website communicated a sense of community and an environment in which residents enjoy life and feel a real sense of empowerment. A place where they feel welcome and where they can focus on the things they can do rather than the things they cannot. Messaging was important and had to communicate trust, respect and care.

Generating media interest.

Once the new website was set live, we moved our focus onto PR.

The level of care Southern Healthcare deliver is truly outstanding and we wanted to shine a spotlight on just how special this is. We are working with the client in a retained partnership to develop inspirational news stories to sell into the media, as well undertaking SEO to improve online performance and enhance PR reach. To date, we’ve secured coverage for the client in broadcast media including features on TV and interviews on radio, as well as published articles online and in print.

We’re confident with all their amazing, positive stories to share we will continue to achieve media coverage for Southern Healthcare on an ongoing basis.
